What It Takes To Be A Top Earner

Hey Residual Millionaire Insiders! Steve Fisher here and I have a VERY important topic for you today, but first, I have a question for you… Is it ok if I talk to you like you just told me that you want to be a TOP money earner? If so, watch the video below… This is going to challenge you.

I’m wearing my beachwear today because my wife and I are getting ready to head to Mexico on an all-expense paid trip that our company gave us for being top money earners and today’s topic is how we can get YOU an all-expense paid trip from your company! I wanted to get your permission to talk to you differently today because this is gonna require you to step up your game and take your business to the next level… I don’t want to water it down, I want to give it to you straight and tell ya the truth about what it’s going to require.

So, here we go… First of all, there’s one thing that ALL entrepreneurs and top money earners MUST do:

SELL!

There’s no way around it. The #1 reason most people are NOT Top Money Earners is they are not doing enough of it… They are not talking to enough people. This is something all of us need to hear and be reminded of on a regular basis. It is easy to fall into complacency and not be doing what’s necessary to take your business to the highest levels. Top Earners do not do minimums. They are coachable because they want to be the BEST!

So, be honest with yourself… Are you making ALL of the calls that you can make? Are you putting yourself in front of enough people on a daily basis to fill your pipeline full?

If you just had 2 drops going in the top, what are your odds for having drops come out the other end??? Not very good.

So let me ask you again… Are you REALLY doing all you can do? Are you actually doing the work that is necessary to fill your pipeline full? Are you making the necessary amount of calls to be a top money earner? Are you setting appointments and showing the plan so much that sometimes you don’t know what day it is or which way is up? Are you setting the pace for your team with your personal results?

I know this is tough talk today, but I am challenged to take my business to the next level and I don’t say that lightly… I know what it requires of me. It requires that I go all-in. It requires that I’m not allowed to make excuses. It requires that I start all over and get really serious about personal prospecting and recruiting. It requires that I sacrifice some things for a little while so I can have the results that I want to have, including financial and time freedom.

You see, I’m not someone that believes you should spend your entire life chasing success and “the next level.” I believe success is relative to you, what your goals are and it’s important that you stop and smell the roses, enjoy the fruits of your labor and enjoy your life with your family and friends. That’s what residual income is all about! That’s why I love network marketing because when you build a successful network marketing business, it gives you the ability to do all those things… In my opinion, there’s no business like it! But, to get it to that level, you MUST be willing to DO THE WORK. You MUST initially take MASSIVE action and work extremely hard in 30, 60, or 90 day blasts… During those blasts, everything else has to be on hold. You might even want to sit your family down and explain why you are going to be working so hard, but also explain that it’s not going to be forever. Make them a part of it. Set a goal and say if you meet this goal, here’s what we are going to do at the end of this blast… We are all going to take a vacation to our favorite beach! This gets them on the same program and it might even get them kicking you out the door! They will constantly be asking… How’s that blast going? Are you going to hit your goal?

The truth of the matter is success and being a top money earner requires hard work and sacrifice, but here’s the most important thing to know and remember… It’s worth it. I want to challenge you today… Step up your game. Make the necessary calls that it takes. Set appointments and show the plan like there’s no tomorrow. DO THE WORK. Set the pace for your team with your own personal efforts and recruiting. Wake up every morning and pretend your downline is not there. (It’s great that they are, but you have to pretend and work like they aren’t there!) Start over whether you need to or not. As my friend Les Brown says, “You gotta wake up HUNGRY!” If you have the right work ethic, motivation, and attitude… There’s no doubt in my mind that you can be a top money earner.
